She's on Omeoprozale(sp). She does need her hips adjusted, but the bucking only showed up when I started riding her regularly (as opposed to a trainer). I am definitely making sure that pain is not causing her attitude.
I have a saddle fitter coming next Monday to check my saddle, but in the meantime I've been using one of my trainers saddles so it doesn't impede her shoulder movement.
Mostly, she's being a green horse who is saying "What happens when I do this?" If she had a trainer on her every ride, she would find out that nothing happens and you still have to work. Unfortunately, she's had me on her and she found out that when she sucks back and threatens to buck, it works and I back off. I'm a VERY good trainer that way. I got her trained to buck instead of trot with no trouble at all! hahahaMona Sterlinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12077277801514781079noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8941830352879493498.post-60699351319731065112012-01-26T16:45:42.056-08:002012-01-26T16:45:42.056-08:00i'm wondering the same thing Kate asked in reg...i'm wondering the same thing Kate asked in regards to ulcers. She's giving pretty heavy indicators that something isn't right.

The "walk" is the foundation for all other gaits. Get a good walk, you will most like get good trot.Jenihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03906855143092978620noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8941830352879493498.post-55317874188479348762012-01-26T16:41:36.616-08:002012-01-26T16:41:36.616-08:00Glad it worked out well for you. I think your ponie is starting to realise that your not going to just stop riding her so she should just "get over it" lol (i love that saying there is an entire horse brand based off of it)Jessicahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00038462663750441403noreply@blogger.com
